To some KPop and JPop fans, JKS’ song “Darling Darling” may seem like just another one added to their playlist. But for JKS’ loyal eels, it’s so much more than that. That is because “Darling Darling” is a song that Keun-Chan dedicates to his fans all over the world.
Most commonly, you fall in love with a song because you can relate to it… because it somewhat tells your own story, or sympathizes with the bliss or sadness you are going through. But when a song is actually dedicated to you, that gives it a super extra boost in winning a special place in your heart.
Our World Prince has been receiving tons of love from his fans through thick and thin, supported him through good news and bad news alike. So now it is his turn to show his gratitude in the best and sweetest way possible – singing a song especially written for them (and of course with some dance moves and cute gestures that makes him all the more adorable)!
So tell us, fellow eels, do you like this song as much as we do? And if you get a chance to request the next song from Prince JKS, what kind of song would you wish for? Let us know in the comments 😉
One of World Prince Jang Geun Suk’s avid follower shared this one recently, so I felt the need to re-post this one so the rest of the eels would know and would support as well. Let’s continue giving love to our Prince!
Time for us to show that Jang Keun Suk is known here in the Philippines. Foreign Eels are welcome to participate as well. Please help us promote this poll. Let’s target the number 1 rank in the most popular music channel in the Philippines.
1. Go to this site http://www.myxph.com/ 2. Register if you are new.. If not, make sure you log in first 🙂 3. Click the “Home” tab 4. Just like in the posted photo, you’ll find the POLL field at the upper left corner of the page. 5. Not sure though of what’s its use, but to be safer I just clicked the radio button beside the sentence “Please follow the format: Title of the video – Artist name” 6. Copy this one: “What Is Your Name – Jang Keun Suk” and Paste it in the available space above the VOTE button. Just like how we’ve done it in the photo.. 7. Important reminder: This is one vote per day. Make it a daily habit. Promote if you can please. Again, let’s prove that he is known and Number 1 in the Philippines.
A not-so-good news shook the eels’ world when it was reported that the apple of their eye, Jang Geun Suk was involved in a car accident last Thursday around 6 o’clock in the evening. Sukkie was on his way to Incheon Airport to catch his flight to Thailand in order to promote Team H’s newest album “I Just Wanna Have Fun”. Sukkie was driving his own car. Unfortunately, the tire at the passenger’s seat went flat, and his car collided with the bus in front of him.
Sukkie was not hurt – much to the relief of the eels (including me). He was still able to catch his flight on time and was able to go on with the promotion in Japan. However, though some of us were relieved at the words “minor accident” used by some article writers in various KPOP influenced sites, some eels, after seeing the actual photo of Sukkie’s wrecked car, were not happy and even expressed their objections and irritations on the way the accident was described.
One eel commented:
It was NOT a minor accident!… When I read Minor Accident I think of a little fender bender or something. Look at this pic…does that LOOK freaking MINOR??? His tire BURST, be ran into a bus, the bus then hit a taxi. His car is totaled”
Other eels feel sad because it seems more and more obvious that many South Koreans hate Jang Geun Suk without any particular reason. Their contempt for the innocent artist becomes evident evident in news articles as biases can be hinted.
Another eel commented:
This accident is SO MUCH serious than reported! A BUS!! Could u believe that the impact is greater for a bus than a sports car?! I still believe there is NO Love for him in Korea… Sorry but true & I’m really depressed for Oppa :'(( Look at ‘Louis’! I know we can’t reveal context frm his APP…. I just feel for Keun suk Oppa… Thank god he is alive.

In the end, the eels still resorted to peaceful means of dealing with the issue by just continuing on cheering Prince JKS and giving him the move and support he deserves. Eels have also expressed their deep concern and also wish for The Prince to be more careful.
Well, okay, the hotel does not literally exist – at least not yet. I don’t even have the slightest idea if Sukkie is even considering the entrance to the hotel business, but, irregardless. This is just one of those works of mine which have him as the main stimulus.
Recently, I was assigned a task to create a WordPress theme design and, being too much inspired by The Prince, has ended up creating this one as the initial product:
When one of my seniors reviewed the design and gave me guidelines for enhancing it, it turned out to be like this as my final output:
The theme is currently undergoing development as of this writing, headed mainly by my partner which is one of the senior designers of the company I’m currently working with, with a very little help from me on the development side (I’m not really into coding web-based stuff), and is hoping to get out there in the market.
The theme is also featured in DOWORTH’s promotional video.
Meanwhile, I’m just pleased to have added yet another item in my collection of tributes to my World Prince. And, you bet! If ever I’d open my own hotel, World Prince would be its name, with Jang Geun Suk’s stunning photos dominating all over the interior decoration. ^_^
Do you have Prince JKS tribute creations of your own? Feel free to share them with us on the comment box below. Thanks for visiting!
Despite the negative feedbacks of so-called “JKS Haters” splattering their “not-so-good” reviews about The Prince’s new image as a wild, rocking singer, still, JKS Eels (now also Team H Fans) could not be stopped from expressing their ultimate patronage and support. I have found this cute chibi version of Sukkie shyly wrapped in a green Team H towel on Twitter.
Later, I have also found out the “mastermind” for this cute idea of a chibi design when I checked out a video shared by チャングンソクJapan Fanclub. It was originally from YouTube, then lnked on Team H Official Ameba Blog, and then shared by the Japanese Eels through Twitter.
Translation : JGS: We tried our best to have fun with everybody at the venue. I think we did it well with fans. Camera: Good performance, indeed. JGS: Thanks for today. I’m too tired that there is no power left to drink. BB: Cheers for good work. JGS: Wait a second. Lastly, let’s hug each other once in an ultra cool way. Cheers for good work!! Translation Credits to geunshinaddict There’s been a growing variety of nicknames now for the Team, courtesy of the eager Eels. I’ve seen one from a comments board of certain page lately who called them “TEAM Hot”, as she profusely defended the new album from crab-minded criticizers. At the end of this video, however, it said “TEAM Heart”, as Prince Jang Geun Suk and Big Brother hugged each other (both wrapped in their respective mint green Team H towels).
The album release is approaching so much faster now, as well as the scheduled concerts. Are you as excited as the rest of us? Feel free to leave your comments below. Thanks for dropping by CRI ^_^
As I was doing my usual “Prince JKS online surfing”, I came across this community, and I’m beginning to love it. I even replied to the maker of one card there after thanking me for liking his card. I said:
